Ever wondered what makes supermodels and celebrities bodies photo ready 365 days a year?

Maybe their lean build of a top model is a matter of hereditary luck, the result of a genetics?

Well, the answer is a big NO. Even the world’s best bodies have to put in a lot of work, approaching their high-intensity training schedules and, in many cases, the strict healthy eating plan that will keep them photo-ready 365 days a year.

Let’s find out what is the diet and fitness routine followed by these world famous celebrities.

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian West was vocal about her struggles with losing pregnancy weight. After giving birth to two kids, she decided to focus more heavily on health and fitness to create a body she would be proud of.

She followed Atkins 20/40 Diet, and the numbers are the total net carbohydrates you can have in a day, with 20 being stricter on the carb intake but quicker in weight-loss in comparison to 40.

On Atkins diet, you are limiting your carbohydrate intake, cutting out sugars and processed foods, eating high protein, vegetables, and healthy fats to curb hunger pangs.

The science behind the diet is quite simple: eating foods that are high in carbohydrates makes your body produce more glucose and insulin. Glucose is your body’s first point of energy that it uses, leaving stored fat just that, stored fat.

So, the decreased intake of carbs means your body is pushed to burn fat for fuel hence the weight loss.

Kardashian has never looked so better and fitter as she looks now. It’s all about her strength training and eating clean.

Kylie Jenner

Ever wondered how after giving birth to her first daughter, Kylie Jenner’s body has well and truly snapped back to it its curvy form?

Jenner is only 20 years old, so youth-driven teenage metabolism no doubt played a role. But that factor aside here’s what we know about her post-baby exercise and diet regime.

Jenner has made a strong move towards a clean, organic diet—which she stuck too long before her pregnancy. She accepts the fact that she hasn’t always been the healthiest of eaters, she is mindful about what’s on her plate. Kylie eats like a typical teenager but she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods. It’s all about that moderation.

All the factors which lead to her weight loss are:

  • Eating as much organic as possible.
  • Cutting dairy out of her diet.
  • Eliminating alcohol.
  • Including HIIT workouts.

Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner is a believer in healthy eating and before fashion week she ate only clean food. Not so much as a diet but more of a sensible eating plan, which favors the consumption of natural foods, lean protein, good-for-you carbs and fats, fresh fruits, and vegetables in the right amounts.

Eating whole, unprocessed food is the mantra. Kendall also drinks copious cups of water and detox tea.

Foods banned in Kendall Jenner’s diet:

  • Processed food
  • Refined food
  • Artificial ingredients and preservatives
  • Fizzy drinks
  • Fruit juice

Kendall diet advice:

“Strawberries and apples – fruit is great to snack on because it’s healthy and it fills you up too.”

Kendall isn’t interested in fad workouts. She keeps it simple. “Being active and keeping busy. It’s kind of ingrained in me to keep fit and active, whether it’s working out or running around with friends,” said Kendall. “I like running.” And that she does.

Gigi Hadid

Gigi eats pretty healthy most of the time but definitely allows for cheats. Her personal motto is to eat clean to stay fit, have a burger to stay sane.

For breakfast, she usually has bacon, scrambled eggs, and toast with coffee and orange juice. If she’s in the mood for a cheat meal for lunch, she’ll get a burger. Otherwise, she has an arugula salad. Although she loves cooking for dinner, she’ll sometimes get sushi for takeout for dinner. And, of course, she leaves room for ice cream.

Her Fitness routine includes boxing, abs training, a tough lower body workout and walking on the road.

Bella Hadid

Nutritionist Dr. Charles Passlerworks with celebs like Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, and Naomi Watts, and makes sure they are bikini ready 24/7.  For Bella specifically, he designed a high fat, high protein diet that is low in carbs.

“It’s adequate protein, adequate fat, and lots and lots and lots of non-starchy vegetables. That is typically the most bulletproof, easiest, soundproof way to make sure that somebody stays on track.” He continued, “If you eat a lot of carbohydrates, with your protein and your fat, the body’s going to use the carbohydrates for fuel first. The body loves using carbs for fuel. So the body’s going to soak up all of those carbs, and if then you don’t need any more fuel, the body’s going to just turn the extra calories from the fat and the protein into body fat.”

Bella Hadid has the rock-hard body we all dream of having, and you better believe she works hard for it. The model works out for hours a day, combining boxing sessions with cardio, butt-toning exercise, and ab-hardening activities.

Karlie Kloss

Karlie believes that Beauty starts from within, so for her eating healthily is a big part of that. When she takes care of herself, exercise and eat well, that’s what makes her feel most beautiful and confident in her skin.”

“I don’t want to be skinny, I want to be strong,” says Kloss. “That’s what I think is really beautiful.”

Her diet is packed with whole foods and she substitutes cow’s milk for almond milk. For breakfast, her favorite meal of the day, she whips up a protein shake, egg white omelet or porridge, or she simply munches on fresh fruit with yogurt.

She is a vegetarian, so she tries to take care of her body and get enough protein even though she doesn’t eat meat.

Apart from diet, she has been doing a combination of high-intensity cardio like SoulCycle and Pilates-type strength training, isolating certain muscle groups and using rubber bands to strengthen legs and arms. she does cardio one day and then strength training the next.

Emily Ratajkowski

The star focuses on keeping her diet balanced, and she also watches the amount of sugar and salt that she consumes. To help keep herself on track, Ratajkowski does a lot of her own cooking.

Ratajkowski prioritizes her mental and physical well-being without sticking to any type of strict workout routine and diet. Instead, she indulges in activities and meals that are healthy but also nourishing to the soul. A prime example is her decision to go hiking instead of hitting the gym. A weekly yoga class also helps her keep her perfectly sculpted body in great shape.

A typical breakfast in Emily Ratajkowski’s world consists of a cup of coffee, along with either a pastry, toast, yogurt or granola. Because she “craves iron,” Ratajkowski likes to put meat on her lunchtime salad. Alternatively, she’ll chow down on a sandwich that contains meat and greens. Later in the day, she enjoys socializing over sushi, Italian, Thai, or Indian food. When she gets a hankering for food in between meals, she typically turns to a cup of juice made with beets and turmeric. Every so often, she even noshes on a sugary cupcake.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie relies on a fairly strict diet and fitness program. She doesn’t eat dairy, gluten, sugar or alcohol, saying eliminating these food groups has been “transformative”.

The first thing Rosie does in the morning is to drink a liter of water. Breakfast is really important to set her up for the day, she needs proper food in the morning so she usually has boiled or scrambled eggs with spinach and a green juice. When it comes to fitness, Rosie swears by a mixture of yoga, Pilates and Body by Simone dance classes. When it comes to lunch she’s a fan of the model-favorite chicken or fish and salad and admits to cutting out carbs and watching her salt and sugar intake in the days leading up to a lingerie shoot.

When it comes to fitness, Rosie swears by a mixture of yoga, Pilates and Body by Simone dance classes. She founds Pilates great because it’s slow and controlled and you really have to think about the muscles you’re working.”
